  It was very convenient Bed and Breakfast; 10 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini train station. Most of famous landmarks were walking distance as well. We only used Metro to go to the Vatican City. The room is adequate for two people and the bathroom is just fine. It has the best location, in the middle of the city, you have a walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean(and I´m pretty fussy with choosing hotels) and you have what you need in it.So it was a good surprise that it was so fresh. The personal is so helpful and sweet.   Location was great and the staff was very friendly and polite. First day they gave as a great map of Rome which was very useful and we didn´t need another one. All main atracttions were close enough to walk. Rome is really fascinating and impressive town. Room was very clean, but bathroom is a bit too small. There are ministries and good shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a bottle of delicious welcome wine in the room which was nice. Situated very close to main metro and bus routes so it's easy to get anywhere. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime during the day and night, but not to say that it's not to be abused, it's a small buffet but efficient.   We were on our honeymoon and I have nothing bad to say on the hotel. The staff was adorable especially Stano that was very kind and happy all the time. The hotel was just like as the pictures and the room was clean and tidy everyday when we arrived from the city (towels were changed every day). The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.
