Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.
