The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. We enjoyed ending out day up at the roof top bar.

i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani

Staff was very helpful in giving information about local tours. - We had stayed at three hotels in different cities prior to our stay inFlorence. The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
