When taken to the apartment by Karima we found it was effectively a STUDIO & not the one-bedroom apartment we had booked & confirmed. It had a convertible sofa-bed in the living area & NO separate bedroom. I offered to pay a reduced price & that was accepted. Bed was barely comfortable enough for our two-night stay - no longer.

It stays very next to main street which boat stop , Guglie bridge, is very close. Less than 10 minutes walk to train station. All of the household are just perfect. Nice rooms in modern style. Value for travellers who self catering.

The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. The Room was large and spacious with tea and coffee making facilites a sink and fridge as well as large wardrobe and a comfy bed and power shower. 100 % recomm

Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.

Staff, cleanliness, proximity to shopping streets and Piazzale Rome. Walking took some 20 mins odd with heavy luggage. Though in the interior streets the location is just very good for budget travellers. Especially this guy called Harry at the reception was too helpful. He picked us up from the streets when we were lost in venice at late midnight

Great location. Quiet yet so close to main area. Easy to get to with instructions initially. Can walk to Rialto, Station and San Marco. Lots of ristorante nearby. Our room was very comfortable & shared bathroom was clean with great water pressure! We could also leave our bags on last day after check out & come back for them. Really appreciated this
