The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

The Hotel really is behind the Duomo. There was still renovationshappening inside the hotel and road works at the Piazza Fontana, butsomehow, we could hear no noise at all from our room. Decor and design are very tasteful and chic. Fantastic to stay in city yet still be surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens. Very peaceful, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had on our many travels. - Everything was just great although we did not eat in the main restaurant.

I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.

Supermarket, everything. - The hotel is situated in a superb location, a lovely walk to the Duomo, but surrounded by a vast choice of restaurants and cafes etc. The breakfast choice was excellent and served for 3 hours with fresh supplies being brough out frequently.
