  Despite a death in the immediate family, the proprietors at the B&B made sure their guests were welcomed with friendliness, maps, and suggestions for restaurants. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They provided access to luggage storage on our departure day. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop and Metro station, so you can get to city center easily. Bathroom is clean.

  This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Everything was brand-new inside it, shower was huge and so the room. Breakfast was OK, not a giant buffet but there was everything we like, so... ;-) Air conditioning is provided and works very well, and this can be helpful if you're travelling to Rome in summer. The room was exceptionally clean with modern decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was a 5 minute walk away from the Vatican and about 20 minutes to the other main attractions such as the trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Also conveniently located to Lapanto metro stop!

  The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

They are charming, friendly, helpful hosts who gave us a wealth of information about Rome. But the best of the place is the owner - Margherita, our lovely host. Very helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go to eat, etc. We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)

  The apartment hotel was in an excellent neighborhood in terms of proximity to sites. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and discovering excellent bars and restaurants.
