  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody... hva folk sier » ! - The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. It's a small place so it was never noisy. You could access beverages in the hallway anytime of the day. The place was situated close to the underground, which was... hva folk sier » convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. We were told that Salvatore's mum made the pastries and biscuits - delicious! The rooms were small side b - Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.
