  Lovely place, airy and light. Guido goes out of his way to accommodate. Could leave bags on day of departure and pick up anytime later. Location is superb! - The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. It was great for two couples, had a kitchen and a "deck" that looked out at the Duomo.

  We had a great time at Residenza Gambrinus. Since there was the cycling world championships during our stay, many streets in the city center were blocked. The owner of the hotel met us outside the city center and guided us directly to a central garage where we could leave our car during the stay. Arriving at the Residenza, we realized how central the hotel really is - just 200 mete - A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .

  We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better

  Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking... hva folk sier » forward to returning one day! Thank you for a great stay - All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to.   The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. The location is great by the train station and still a convenient walk to the Duomo. The bed was firm, which I like, and room very clean. It had a working elevator and wifi. - Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet. Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access. Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.
