Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out. Great bathroom, air con was amazing after a hot summers day sightseeing through ruins, reliable wi-if, close to a metro (which isn't that common in Rome!), quiet little stay with only 3 rooms, quiet area -

lots of space in the appartments - quiet position within a busy city - very convenient for sight seeing, especially via hope on buses - wonderful big windows which openned!! - Clean, comfortable apartment with separate living room with akitchenette, has ac, located in a peaceful area (5 minutes from forum)and is within walking distance to all Rome

The location was perfect - a short walk to almost everything! Even the
things that were "far" were only a 20 minute walk. (Spanish
Steps/Trevi Fountain)
Alina at the front desk was awesome and so helpful!! The rooms were nice & clean. The bathrooms were nice as well. Note for Americans- not many Italian hotels offer conditioner or washcloths.

Everything about the Hotel 47 experience was excellent, from the moment
we walked in to the moment we left. The location for a visit to Rome was
perfect for those whe enjoy walking around a city. It was close to many
of the major monuments, resteraunts, and public transport. The
accomodation was excellent with wonderful views over some of Rome's
ancient temples. The breakfast was very good and staff helpful.

I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings
don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist
around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to
move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you
everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't
comment

We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern
