  Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... hva folk sier » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  I very much liked the simple, un-fussy atmosphere, like an old fashioned pensione; the situation was superb, with the Pantheon outside my window. But I thought it was too expensive for what it was - €170 a night is a lot for a very unpretentious place. - Fantastic room, not in the actual hotel. View of Panthenon, wow! Good security.

  All in all excellent. The first hotel in Italy with the most friendlystaff we've ever experienced. The breakfast is verry good as wellcompared to other hotels. I praise the staff of this Hotel. Great Joband well done.

  Alt var nytt og rent. Det lå kjempefint til, sentralt. Ikke noen forstyrrende lyder, selv om det ligger mitt i sentrum. Koselig betjening!!! Kommer tilbake og vil anbefale det til våre venner.   Beliggenhet, stort, fint og rent rom - The location of the hotel was very good. The most famous buildings of Rome, the Vatican and Termini included, could easily be reached on foot. The staff was nice, and a good breakfast was included in the price. The room also had air condition, which was a great advantage considered we stayed there in august.
