  It's a bit tricky for me to comment on B&B La Casa Rosa Suite. When we arrived Eleana greeted us but told us that the B&B was full and that we would be staying in an apartment in the centre of Bergamo. The apartment was very nice with a small roof terrace on the 7th floor, overlooking the town and with a view to the old town.   To be truthful, this was the first time I have stayed in a B&B in Europe, (I usually stay in hotels) and I am happy to say that I would certainly stay at B&B Al Teatro di Porta Dipinta again. The appartments are spacious (quite rare), with own bathroom, large bedroom, well equipped kitchen. The location is great - in the Old Town, very close to the Funicolare station, in the back court of an old building. The bus stop with a bus going directly to the airport is right opposite the street, so very convenient. Works both for a short, as well as a prolonged stay.The owner is really nice and very helpful in answering all kinds of questions. This

  Its a beautiful family run b&b. we had breakfast in the green garden without the intense heat of Florence. And its right in the heart of the old town of Bergamo; a short taxi ride from the railway station & to the airport. And the old medieval town had it all for a evening walk when it got dark; restaurants, delicious biscuits&cake&... hva folk sier » ;pizza shops open late,narrow lanes with people walking, window browsing; And St.Agata's; a beautiful church. - We just stayed one night to catch early morning flight from Bergamo Airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport. We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden. Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away. Sure will stay also next time.

It's a well situated B&B with wonderfull design. There's a nice view of the surroundings. B&B is surrounded with woods so it's really quiet place and you feel like somewhere else not like a few minutes walk from city center.
