  We were plesantly surprised at how friendly and helpfull the staff were. They all spoke english which was very nice.You can not have a better location in Rome.You are at walking distance to everything - breakfast is filling, noting fancy, toast, pastery, coffee, tea , orange juice.   This place is such a great offer. It's walkable throughout the city center. For the price, that they offer. No complaint! Only about the parking for those of you who drive, the parking will be on the street and pay on the meter every 8H.
