Everything exceeded our expectations. The owner, Mr. Matteo was very helpful and kind with us, in fact the whole personnel. Good location, good and various breakfast very clean and quiet. The air condition was efficient despite the very hot weather.

The owner of this hotel is a very elegant man, who was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room itself was not large but had a wonderful veranda that overlooked a canal. The location is a bit tricky but it seemed that everything was hard to find in Venice even with all the signs. - Helpful, friendly staff. Pleasant ambience.

Da vi skulle sjekke inn fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var overbooket, og at vi fikk et rom på et annet hotell/innkvartering. Vi var blitt oppgradert til et bedre rom. As it was recently refurbished the room was very neat, almost shining. The furniture is well chosen and above all brand new. It's like getting in a private home. I stronlgy advise it.
