  We really enjoyed the lovely personal as well as the location, not far away from the Rialto bridge. If you have problems finding your way, ask the polite Venetians. For travellers on a smaller budget this is great value for the money. The breakfast consists of sweet food stuffs, but that is what most Italians eat.   Vi var to studenter som bodde tre netter i en ariel silvas leilighet. Det var som et lite hus med kjøkken og alt. Selv om vi delte bad var det kjempe rent og fint. Leilighetene ligger helt utrolig perfekt til. Det tok oss 5 minutter å gå til Rialto. Vi gikk Venezia rundt. - 1. Friendly staff. 2. Well located. 3. Spacious room. 4. Neat and clean towels and bedsheets. - We liked being able to store our luggage early in the morning. We alsoliked the breakfast room for meeting with our group for cocktails. Wealso loved our huge room!!! The chandeliers are awesome!

  I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people

  We really liked the location of this hotel.. A little off the beaten track, near a square 'Campo Santa Marguerita' where there were more Venetians than tourists. Only short work to major sites. We were pleasantly surprised as after reading remarks & rating of previous tourists we expected an overpaid seedy hotel. But - The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.
