  We always opt to stay at B&B's while travelling Europe to remain budget friendly and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay here (definitely our best stay of the trip). The rooms were very large, clean and breakfast delivered to our room every morning was fantastic. Our room had a great sitting area, large VERY comfortable bed, two pillows ... hva folk sier » and a massive bathroom. The B&B is on a busy street however the bathroom is closest to the road, so we couldn't hear a thing throughout the night - The location is very good. You can visit all the places on foot even vatican can be reached on foot by 30 minutes, colosseum in max 15 minutes etc.. But there are also bus and metro stops near by but i am sure if you take a map it is very easy to go on foot:). Room is quite big for italian meaning. We booked one double bedroom, and it included a extra room with 2 coaches and table where to sit and read or eat breakfast. Breakfast was served in the room every morning.

The room was a reasonable size, clean & comfortable & the staff were very friendly & helpful.

  We loved our stay. Andrea, the owner is very comitted to everything, being there everyday to make sure all is going well. Superb location, walking distance from all the important spots, wich was very important to us, travelling with a 9 year old son. If needed the Metro Station is 50 meters away. The location (directly next to the colosseum) suggests a high price, but the price wasn't actually that high. Breakfast is served in the next-door restaurant. Simple cafe + croissant.   B&B Santiago Quattro Al Colosseo is about a mile or so or a 10-15 minute bus ride away from Termini train station. My mom and I did not yet know the bus system so we decided to walk. When I booked, I told the hotel that we would arrive between 3 or 4pm. We got there right at three but there was no one around to buzz us in. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.
