  What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum

  Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. If we went back we wouldn't hesitate to book and we would book out travel times on this hotels availability because we really don't think that any other hot... hva folk sier » el offers what they do. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... hva folk sier » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  It's probably the best location. You can reach most of the attractions on foot. Tram 8 from Trastevere Regional stop is a perfect connection from Fiumicino airport. The room was elegantly furnished , clean and comfortable. We also had a nice street view. Paola and her family was so sincere that , you just feel like their guests, not customers. I highly rec - This family run apartment was the perfect place for us to stay in Rome. The rooms were a great size and very comfy beds. Location was perfect, across the road from all the great bars and restaurants of Trastevere, walking distance to Old town and the tram at your door step. The breakfast was fantastic and changed daily with new treats to try and the family could not do enough to help you with everything you needed and any question about Rome. Highly recommend this place.

  When embarking on our first trip to Europe this summer, we decided to use B&B's as opposed to hotel chains during our travels, hoping to get a more personal and private experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed into the "home base" of the establishment and shown to our quarters across the street in another building. On our floor was a guests' common area complete with kitchen facilities, balconi - Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good. Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.
