  Location, interior design, breakfast and the garden - Location - the hotel is across the road from the Palatine Hill (however entrance is on the other side) - we had a great room view of it and it certainly gave you a sense of the history unique to Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a great size and very comfortable (b... hva folk sier » eds we hard if you like that). - We checked in early (1100) and the staff was very accomodating. Room was good size and very clean. Great room rate in January. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our initial room was a bit noisy from traffic but they moved us with no problem. Breakfast was exceptional, varied menu selection. Highly recommended!

  What a wonderful place. Loved it. I arrived and was greeted by Diego and Milena the owners of this charming little "boutiquey" b&B. What perfect hosts, so helpful and kind they even gave me a phone charger for my mobile phone as I had forgotten mine!!! The room was perfect, beautifully furnished in a slick simple style, you could see that ever... hva folk sier » ything had been chosen with a lot of attention and taste. Also very nice and clean. My wonderful Roman breakfast, delicious cappuccino was brought up - Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views 'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200 meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on the bed and watch the colleseum

  The owner Massimo was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The place was furnished with warm and welcoming decor - a relief after an exhausting commute. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and location was a short 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Breakfast was simple but for me only the espresso machi... hva folk sier » ne mattered! Would recommend this place to anyone who's on a stricter budget but still want a nice place to stay. - An appartment converted into 4 separate rooms, with 2 bathrooms. Free parking is possible in the streats around the building (maybe 5 min walk). 10 min walk to the Colosseum and to the closest metro station. Free WI-FI was excelent. The owner Massiomo is a very nice guy. Good value for money!

  Vittorio was an excellent host. He gave us information about the area and the transportation system. He also arranged for a car service to pick us up at the airport. The wifi worked well. Also, although it rained for most of our stay in Rome the apartment was warm and welcoming!
