I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.

The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show. The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.

Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
