  The location is really good and also safe with 3 layers of doors and a 24hr reception. It’s my first time live in a youth hotel and the services they provided made me feel like home, especially the map, luggage service and the smile of Barbara. Credit card is acceptable for room payments, but city tax and key assurance money(return when check out) have to pay by cash. The breakfast pro - The staff were so helpful. We had one day to see Rome so the lady on reception gave us a map and drew out where to go. She also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the airport. We booked a private room for three so had to walk about 300m from the freedom traveller - which was no bother because we were upgraded to an ensuite. Only about a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

  I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile.   I really enjoyed my stay at Hostel Beauty. I stayed in a private room and was blown away at how nice it was. The bathroom was entirely small blue tile with a tub. A nice surprise seeing as how little I paid for the 4 nights I spent there. The best part was honestly the staff though.
