The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry.
Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto.

The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!
