  The hotel is in a very quiet area of the historical center and everything is in a really short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful always. The hotel provided all the facilities we could possibly want. I had not been there for a decade or more and this time found it had upgraded itself to a 'hotel,' level 3 in the Italian style of rating. We loved the Italian decor of the hotel, but the furniture of the rooms was really essential.

  It was close to the city center. The 14 bus took us straight to the train station and the stop was just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel had 24 staff at the front desk, and even extra pillow and blanket in the room closet. - nice hotel and room with beautifel view. very helpful and nice stuff

  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly.   The room was a good size - double for one and comfortable. The bathroomwas very nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast was good with anassortment of espresso options. They had an English speaking staffmember available at all times and all of the front desk staff waspersonable.

I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. You are also very close to everything. The double-glazed windows helped to shut out the noise from outside. The price of the room was very reasonable considering that the hotel is centrally located.
