  The Reception staff were very Welcoming on arrival and informed us of all the necessary information and were contactable anytime. We picked this hotel originally for the price, we were more than pleased on arrival of the quality the hotel and location. The reception staff all spoke English which made our stay a lot easier. Even though there were one or two things I wasn't crazy about the location is good and it has a great little restaurant on one side and a market on the other.   We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Our room was recently remodeled, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was also very friendly. Located close to a main metro terminal which made it perfect for touring around the Rome area.   Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

  Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.
