The appartment was very new, very clean with two bathrooms (one for the
kids) and a separated bed room with bathroom for the parents. Perfect
for a familiy. Supermarket around the corner helps to keep the budget in
check (Venice restaurants are expensive and nothing special to be
honest). The staff (Guido) was very friendly and helpful. The place is
pretty well situated and they have several appartments. Many things are
within 10 minutes walking distance (Rialto bridge, St Marcus), but you

Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena. We were able to walk with our luggage back to the train station on departure once we were able to navigate our way around
