  We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

  One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.   It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... hva folk sier » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!
