The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service! Rooms are small but luxuriously appointed and comfortable with more storage than immediately meets the eye. Breakfast was excellent with delectable choices. The staff is kind and extremely helpful with requests and eager to make excellent suggestions for traveler's ease. If you are looking for somewhere with a bit of a caring, personal touch - this is the place to stay! The owner was really lovely to us - because it was our honeymoon, there was a bottle of prosecco in our room when we arrived! Great location to stay when visiting Venice - all the major attractions within walking distance, yet in a quiet area away from the crowds. we found it easy to find with the provided maps. Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the Rialto Bridge and main canal in Venice. We were able to see the gondolas go by and the room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly as well. - Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, good excellent location.
