  The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the food was wonderful. The Malibran was in a good location, the price was reasonable and we are planning to stay there next year. - All the staff - those on reception, the restaurant waiters and the room cleaners - were cheerful and helpful.   The location is perfect. The staff, especially main guy (goatee guy), were v. helpful and friendly. They arranged our gondola ride and answered our questions fully. The bathroom was clean and seemed new except for the broken shower door (it still worked, but was coming apart). Our towels were changed daily and our maid even folded our pjs on our p... hva folk sier » illows! :) It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. - the hotel was perfect great price, we split a four bedroom room with some students from my school and it was exactly what we wanted right in the center of venice easy to get to and clean.

  The staff is helpful--Silvia, in particular, was a super, unfailing resource for information about shopping and restaurants. The location is terrific--right near the Accademia and its important vaporetto stop, and just across the bridge from the busy and more crowded San Marco area. Very comfortable beds .The breakfast was also very good and on informing the staff I was coeliac before visiting they were happy to accommodate me with wheat free bread free of charge. The location was excellent a few minutes from the accadamia bridge and waterbus. I would certainly stay there again and also recommend this hotel.

The appartment was spacious, 1 bedroom with lots of storage closets and one living room, spacious enough for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids in our case). Anna answered all our questions and was very helpful.

  The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods.   the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
