Even though we arrived late at night,we loved the spacious, clean room and it's elegant atmoshere! And because we had to catch an early flight in the morning and we wouldn't be able to have breakfast, Carla ( the owner), brought us in our room a tray with juice ,biscuits, yogurt . Rossana, who runs the B&B, is delightful. She was so helpful in giving us information about Bergamo. We were able to park our car underneath the building. It is a really nice set-up and not far from the old city of Bergamo, as well as within driving distance of other places to visit, such as Lago d'Iseo and Crespi d'Adda village. Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial.
The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty.
The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room.

i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.
