  Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car).   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... hva folk sier » y and stylish. As for the staff there, they can't do enough for you, are so friendly and were a delight to spend time with. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic views and nice little bars/restaurants.

  This accomodation is great. The owner is very friendly person who care about level of provided service and comfort of visitors. The whole facility was clean family house situated nerby center of bergamo (close to railway station and central bus station) with lovely garden.
