Stayed a couple of times in this hotel and the hotel won't dissappoint you. Great facilities, Great breakfast, nice staff and nice rooms with great shower.
The wifi connection is poor and doesn't work inside the rooms. Also can you use the Spa but it will cost you an extra 15 euro's per person.

Helpful, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, very good price for what you get with a lot of extra services. The spa was an island of peace. Food was excellent, just had not enough time there to try more dishes.Only 2kms from the airport but still quiet.
The wifi broke down just when I was there and gave me some headache as I had to work.
The Winter Garden Hotel is a beautiful property. Elegant, modern, and spacious! The feel of the lobby just gives you a chic sense that your stay will be restful. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the Spa, but the shower was mind-blowing enough to count like a Spa! The restaurant was excellent and needs to be given the highest culinary rating available! I am gushing, but just coming off a fabulous Costa Cruise, I felt like we were still on the ship! The shuttle to the airport was the icing on the cake! Even our ridiculously early time frame was made easier with a nice breakfast at 4:45 am! Thank you, Winter Garden, for making our short stay in Bergamo a memorable one! Bravo!

There is nothing special or unusual in this hotel but it is a great business style hotel and I recommend it!
I arrived late at night having got lost on the way and the reception staff were very helpful when I phoned them for directions. Hotel did everything I needed - good room and location and I could get some work done before leaving.

If you have a flight in the morning, Winter Garden is the perfect hotel! They have early breakfast, and also a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. The hotel is very modern and comfortable, and it is a great value for the money in comparison to some other hotels in Bergamo.
The complimentary shuttle service to bergamo, the shopping area and the airport was fantastic.

Restaurant became really pricey lately.
I was enjoed. Close to the airport and other points, fantastic early (from 6 am to 10 am) breakfast, good meal, nice iside lounge terrace, parking is not busy, very clean, rooms with excellent soundproof facilities, hydromassage in the room, staff is nice and freindly. Thanks

Would have liked access to a fitness gym. I thought that would have been possible with the Wellness Spa there, but you need to take care of the opening hours, as they only allow you in during those hours.

Very far from Bergamo center, taxi asks 25 Euro, so 50 for both directions is not a good idea... If you want to stroll at Bergamo look for another hotel

Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you have a hire car.

The room was again nice.
Having travelled along way on foot to our room, we found it smelt strongly of smoke. we phoned reception. we then had to return to reception to get a no smoking one. we requested this when booking. Our previous comments were obviously not related to the staff because they were again unhelpful.

Staff in restaurant not child friendly. Would not eat again, location middle of nowhere. Not very polite, not recommended.
