We arrive in Genoa to find out there would be a train strike on the day we were to leave. We had booked 2 nights at the hotel. We explained to the lovely young lady about our predicament and that we wanted to only stay one night as we did not want to get caught up in the train strike.
She rang bookings.com to find out for us if stayed one night that we would be charged for one night and not two nights. She came back to us to advise that this could be the case. She went out of her way to as. alle vurderinger »
We were only in Genoa very briefly but really enjoyed our stay - your hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located.
Nice staff, but it didn't really change our impression as it was not cosy and convenient.
The room was basic but did have everything we needed.
Not really clean. Poor breakfast (only coffee and brioch). It was really cold at night. After we returned from a walk it smelled like somebody was smoking in the room. It was awful. And when we opened windows to get some fresh air - it was very noisy, as our room faced a quite busy street.
