The location was not bad. It wasn't right near the action, but it
was on a busy street close to some restaurants and shops. It was only a
10 Euro cab ride away to the downtown area.
good location, close to the Genova Brignole station, within a walking distance to Boccadasse.

Not much. The trolleybus to the city center has a stop nearby.
The staff were very helpful.

Free wifi/ easy to use.
Shower was hot. But had to share a bathroom.
The staff didn't speak a word of English, the rooms were tiny, and
there was no bathroom in the room.
It's good just for one night, and only if you don't expect too much. The smell was awful but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Prepare yourself to speak Italian, however the lady was very nice, we managed to communicate with a few words.
Non english personal, poor breakfast.
The staff lady could not speak a single word in English. Not even "breakfast" or "payment". Everything had to be communicated through gestures.
The breakfast consisted of a cup of awful coffee, a few biscuits and a not-exactly-fresh croissant.
The room was quite old, without toilet. There was a lot of traffic noise from the outside (a very busy street).
I was told that the price quoted by your website and on my screen shot
was incorrect and charged twice the quoted price. If there was a mistake
made it was not by me and I should be re-embursed by your company.
Poor breakfast. 5th floor...many steps. I would not stay here again. Too far from historic Genoa.

Would only take cash/ no credit card.
Noisy pipes everytime someone used the bathroom. Kept getting woken up during the night.
Poor breakfast/ cold coffee.
Would not recommend to guests unless they want absolute basics.
