  Betta deserves 5 stars for her friendliness. She makes you feel at home before you even step inside. She is always there to help in any problem and ready to give you advice, suggestions. In fact she has an answer to any query. The Residence is within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta

  Located on the ground floor of the renovated old city building. This is an excellent hotel for a couple traveling with the small toddler. One of the few in a city such as Florence. This is mostly to the common kitchen (2 of them) freely accessible . And since it is only 8 rooms it is never crowded. So you can prepare a meal for a baby at any time ... hva folk sier » and get your tea. Free WiFi has good coverage and is fast. - Some reviews indicate this hotel is slightly out of the way. Its not. Its a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk from the main attractions. I would describe this hotel as 'boutique' - only 5 or 6 rooms all on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful and can assist with booking tickets for the main attractions.
