  You probably wont find a hotel which treats you nicer in Florence. The hotel is small but the location is excellent. The staff and in particular the manager is exceptionally friendly and sincerely wants you to have a good stay (more than you can say about many 4-5 star hotels). I will never stay any place else when going to Florence (business or pl... hva folk sier » easure) - We found the staff at Hotel Balcony extremely helpful and accommodating. The value for our money was great and the location was perfect. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and there was a very nice restaurant next door for lunch or dinner. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

  Welcoming and I was grateful to find the staff to be willing and competent English speakers and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and the location was so close to the airport that I walked there easily in the morning with my pack. Breakfast was great too - Great deal! Excellent breakfast too.

  it was cheap, clean and very helpfull staff - Good location, calm environment, friendly Front office staff. Good for short stay and not-too-heavy-luggage travellers ;-)
