nice (though pretty small) bathroom, air condition works fine. Tea and

The very nice location. There is only 5-10 minute walk to train station, to main sightseeing places, such as Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi gallery. There are a lot of different shops nearby.
The B&B is locatef in living house, you feel yourself as a local having
own keys and coming when you want. The host of this B&B is very
hospitable.
The room is quite large, the
decoration is simple, but nice. You
have everything you need.
Free wi-fi. So it is good value for that price.

It was really the cheapest available.
Since we were travelling by car, we needed parking, which meant we needed to stay out of downtown anyway. Bus connection to downtown is OK, but not that frequent on weekends. You can get a taxi for around 10 EUR, which is what we did twice.
Rooms in the B&B looked really nice. We were 3 and stayed at a small apartment close by, which was big and comfortable, except for the sofa bed

This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms
were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

Lovely little hotel, good location once you know where the tram is and outside the hustle and bustle of Florence. Very clean and comfortable and very approachable owner who told us all we needed to know. Very budget friendly for what you get and we really enjoyed our stay. Well located for supermarkets for bits and pieces and 4 stops to Florence on a tram that comes every 15 mins or less.

Room size was considerably amazing as a double economy that could fit 4 double beds iside. Original features and interiors, lovely 15th century palazzo which has a more personal feel than a hotel. Chic without being expensive and snobby. -
Staff totally responsive when had an air conditioning problem. Staff
