Silvani 123 B&B has a quiet location 4 km outside of Florence city centre. It has excellent bus links, a peaceful garden and modern rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. This family-run B&B was completely renovated in early 2012. Its rooms have a contemporary design with a few Tuscan touches. You will have an LCD TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. A sweet and savoury breakfast is served each morning. Silvani 123 is 50 metres from the bus stop into Florence's historic centre and to Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The Boboli Gardens are 3 km away, while Florence Airport is 20 minutes' drive away.

The owner was quite personable and always willing to answer questions. We chose this place due to the fact that Florence Zona a Traffico Limito (ztl) area. Also, center Florence is quite congested with limited parking, so this place was ideal. The B&B is located on the outskirts of the tour area and a short bus ride to the center of town. Additionally, the bus stop is about 100 meters from the B&B. She gave us all the instructions needed to take the bus. Additionally, we had parking imm.
alle vurderinger » Sylvia and Domenico are brother and sister. They operate this B&B. Both hosts were helpful, friendly and speak very good english. They were perfect!! A couple of renovations have been completed on the interior and Sylvias fashion design experience has had an influence. The rooms are spacious, and have their own bathroom facilities. The property is located away from the hussle and bussle of the city centre. No street noise, situated in a lovely quiet suburb. But don't be concerned, a public. The room was very comfotable with a great bathroom en suite. The owners of this B&B were such good hosts too. At breakfast we had a wonderful conversation about Italy in general and different dialects that are spoken around the country. Our room was spotless. The parking was great and free. The bus stop to get into Florence was just meters away, maybe a 3 or 4 minute walk if that. Silvia, one of the owners gave us detailed directions on how to get into town and how to get back. It was about. Convenient location, a little bit far away from the old town, but it's a best choice if you want to search somewhere calm & quiet, far away from the tourist groups...not alone it's only 15 min to get into the town by bus, and it has spacious free parking area just in front of the apartment. Super clean & tasty decorated room. I do hope I can stay a little bit longer in this beautiful apartment & this beautiful city. Helpful host gave us lots of useful information & quite clear . The brother and sister who run this place are extremely friendly and accomodating. I chose this place because I had a car and wanted to avoid hassles in the city. Parking was free and right outside the front door. There is a great quiet little backroad to the Piazzale di Michelangelo lookout point from here also, where parking is also free. I used that as my starting and ending point point each day for exploring the city which worked wonderfully for me...in case you didn't want to bus it in. Domineco and Sylvia were friendly and helpful staff. We were able to use the kitchen in this apartment that has only 3 bedrooms. They helped us understand the bus line which is two minutes away from the b%b and took us directly downtown near all the wonderful sites. The place is updated with an especially nicely designed bathroom. If you want to stay away from downtown and have easy access to it using public transportation this is the place for you. My first time staying at B&B. Place is at a convenient location in a very quiet neighbourhood. Parking just in front (free).5 min drive from the center of the city.Bus nearby also very convenient. Place is very clean, much cleaner than many 4 star hotels I've been at.Hosts are friendly and helpful. Bathroom is well equipped and didn't miss anything.I was not sorry even for a moment I chose Silvani B&B instead a hotel downtown. i stayed here with my bf, we travelled with car, this bb in a quiet and safe area and has parking space. even though you dont travel with your car i still recommend you to stay here for the comfort of the room! the bedis really confortable to sleep, and the deco in the room is new and nice. the bus can take to florence city within 15min. If there is any guide board at the front gate would be better. This is a small B&B, so it is like staying at someone's appartment, meaning that you'll have breakfast at a common table, for instance. For some this could be a problem, for us it was not. Breakfast is standard and simple but this is reasonable since the hotel rooms are about 3 and they cannot offer more variety. They could add some fruits. Everything was good. Nothing! Absolutely nothing. Buses only run until 2230 so we ended up taking cabs sometimes but they were easy & inexpensive. The breakfast. All italians who offer these kind of B&B or small hotels offer classic italian breakfasts. But they tend to forget that not everybody who come to their locations are not Italian. Italians use to have very very sweet breakfasts. Sweet fruty yogurts, jams, honey and Nutella. We asked to host to get some plain yougurt and fruits. He did it, but even the plain yougurt has sugar in it. I do not undertand how they are not diabetics with som much sugar in their breakfast. Liked everything. a bit far from the city center, but bus connection is available. nothing. A little difficult to identify from street view. Late breakfast. No shampoo.
