The hotel wash clean, staff was accomodating and I felt very safe.
Cleanliness.
Hotel felt very utilitarian and functional, not very warm and inviting. It's not near anything. I would not stay here unless, like us, you had a very early morning flight out and needed to be closer to the airport. Hotel seems to cater to large tour buses. No other place to eat dinner except restaurant at hotel and food was mediocre and very expensive. The huge security fence and gate and all the closed circuit cameras at reception made you feel like this must be a dangerous neighborhood.

Lovely four star hotel. secure parking. large buffet breakfast offering good range of food. great dinner food - steak was excellent. large beds and room. large bathroom. access to city centre via short bus trip (#23 or 57)
the toilet was about 10cm too high for me (i'm 175cm tall), so was sitting on it on tiptoes.lol. and my short wife couldnt touch the floor. the location is industrial. waking up is a challenge due to the dark shutters (but that's okay ;-) )

everything is very well, friendly staff, clean room, fast & free wifi, free parking, and fresh breakfast. It is not located in the city center, however, the bus stop to the city center and a big supermarket "COOP" is quite near the hotel, max 5 min walking.

The location was close to the airport, so it was very convenient for us, while we were staying in Florence and leaving early.
Location - near a supermarket (Coop) Rooms were big!! Our room included a double bed and a single bed. Hotel had an outside veranda for smokers and free parking

The staff were very helpful with local information (how to get into historic centre of Florence), helping to organise tours, arranging taxis. The breakfast was plentiful, good variety.
The hotel is gated and if you are on foot you must buzz reception. This was a little disconcerting to begin with. There are also a lot of big tour buses which can be a little overwhelming.
Everything according to the expected. Very large room, clean, somebody commented that its is noisy because a factory near but the room is sound- proof and I did not hear anything and its not a factory, its just a warehouse. Free parking. You need a car, there's no taxi nearby. If you wanna stay out of old dowtown, that's is the right place
The receptionists were courteous and helpful. I can name Jacopo and Allesandro as outstanding personnel at the front desk. Our housekeeper Iona kept our room, beddings, towels clean. Dinner is average but the waiters are excellent.

-room service was amazing. we got salmon and steak dinners delivered to room and it was well worth it. -The fitness center was the best I've seen offered in a 4 star hotel. -Drinks were good at the bar but a little expensive but it's expected at a hotel bar. -free underground, secure parking garage.
-The location is about 10 min bus ride from downtown Florence. We chose this place on purpose to not be downtown but expected there to be places to walk around the hotel and eat at. Not much is around the hotel. Some food places and what not but they looked lower end. Have explored downtown Florence before so it wasn't to big of an issue.
The staff was very friendly both at the reception as well as in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has excellent parking possibilities. The hotel is just outside the city centrum which makes that the prices are lower.
The area around the hotel is not of any interest. But who cares....there is a lot to see in the city centre.
Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling. Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants. There is a direct bus into the city centre, you can buy tickets at the reception without any surcharge.
Ample free parking. Helpful and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good selection of various food at breakfast. Fast wi-fi throught the hotel.
It's an excellent place to stay if you have a car. The bus stop isn't exactly near and the service is somewhat confusing. Watch for the bus number (23, 23a, 23b) when you're returning from the city. We, by mistake, boarded 23a and ended up at the opposite part of the city.

The place was very calm and tidy, you will enjoy your privacy in the area and the most important thing is that the services 5 minutes surrounding it.
Most of staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness and room service is up to standard.
It is a decent hotel as an institution but...
But the staff aren't so professional as they must ,you need to be rough sometimes because some hotel staff are rude ,for example one of the breakfast lounge staff was yelling and shouting because we entered the wrong lounge! She could tell us politely, I even wanted to write a complaint to the manager but her collage pegged me not to do .. The hotel's website provides an email to contact so I sent a message but no reply

There is no airport shuttle (web site says there is). Wi-Fi is unreliable. There was also a lot of noise - both from inside the hotel and from outside (lots of large groups leaving and arriving on coaches), which was surprising given that we were on the 5th floor.

Very noisy. Heard every door bang shut and every shower and toilet. Terrible. Breakfast poor. Never had any hot water for tea despite asking for it. Only cooked food was cold scrambled eggs and fatty bacon dripping in grease
