We spent two nights in the Santa Maria Apartments in FLorence and we truly enjoyed them. Deniz, the owner of the apartment, was extremely friendly and helpful and we can highly recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Florence close to the Santo Spirito area.
Bachelor studio with all the comfort needed for an inexpensive stay in
Florence. Not much natural light but did not stay indoors during the
day so was not a problem. The owner David was a great host and created

I like almost everything, the location (only 15 min from the central station, 5 min to the supermarket), facilities (normal kitchen, bathroom and bedroom), Denis (the owner) is really nice.
Apartment was very nice and cozy.Everything was neat and clean.And Denis was really a nice and helpful guy.
What I don't like, it was a bit cold (we were there in December). But it is almost in all hotels in the Florence.
only the missing thing was no wi-fi access in the apartment.
