The location is good. It was clean and quiet. The building security and
privacy is very good. Wifi was super fast compared to any other hotel
that I stayed at. It had more of a home feeling rather than hotel
feeling which I really liked! :).

The Wi-fi connection was too weak.
Was not a hotel. More of a guest house. You have to pick up keys and pay
at a hotel 3 blocks away- that was not disclosed by letsbookhotel.com. We were
lucky and caught the owner at home by just a few minutes, if not we
would have been scrambling. No way to know where to get a key. Place had
strange smell but was clean.
Internet wasn't working and I felt that we were cheated. Password was mentioned but WiFi wasn't working.
