The hotel is new, with excellent facilities, very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they will explain how to get to Venice or wherever you want to go, they can check the timetable for you, you can buy bus tickets at the reception.
Breakfast is included in the price, there is a good selection of food, everything is fresh and tasty.
We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

It was very clean and noise free. Only thing missing is mentioning how to reach the hotel by Bus from Venice St Lucia. It would have been really helpful. - The room was very clean and modern. Good breakfast in the morning, and they will make your favorite type of coffee right there for you.

Westayed here two nights before the airport back home and it was a greatidea. They also had a shuttle to and from the airport..sweet. As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you to the local square which has an array of restaurant's however do yours

I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.
