  The location of the hotel was excellent and what I would describe as Shabby Chic - the building was beautifully old and obviously had some age related drawbacks which didn't spoil our stay. The staff were tremendous and very helpful. - It was located in a lovely seaside town with a nice park and the town was very clean. There was a good restaur... hva folk sier » ant in the square. It makes it a realy nice and friendly place: owner himself and staff are always ready to help you in any way.   The hotel is well located, very close to the train station where regular trains can take you to Pisa, Florence etc. It is very near to the beach, only a couple of minutes stroll away, and the beach is lovely, clean and not too busy. Our room was clean, but perhaps a little dated. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by.
