This is a little gem of a place in the Tuscan hills. We loved our 6 days
there & could not fault anything. A family run business and small
with only 6 rooms so no crowds at the pool, just very relaxing. A little
off the beaten track, but once you are there, well it's just
fabulous. It's 15 mins from the beaches, short drive to Viareggio
train station to go to Florence and only about half hour drive to the
beautiful Lucca. Micol's Italian breakfasts are wonderful with such

Quiet place in Tuscany hills. Nice and helpful owners making the stay feel like being at home. Let us choose the most appropriate room for our needs (travelling with a baby). Excellent breakfast. Do not miss a chance to have it on a nice terrace. Fridge available for storage of own food. Dishes, cutlery and microwave available all the time. Thus, own catering for lunch or dinner possible.
The Villa is beautiful and is complete with swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast included. The owner is friendly and helpful and speaks very good English. Plenty of car parking and a 1km walk into the town which has lots of restaurants to choose from. Free wi-fi.

Mosquitos but the host was helpful in providing candles and spray against it.
it was a little difficult to find but well worth the effort. It is advisable to get directions prior to driving there as the GPS may not recognise the address.
