Rooms are fresh and modern with tiled floors and white bed linen. Each one is air conditioned and features an LCD TV, a safe and private bathroom with hairdryer.

The hotel is in the heart of the city but at the same time on a nice and quite street. The owner is very hospitable and explained us in details the places we must see in the city. The room was very stylish and comfortable, also clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and delicious...in one sentence - if you go to Brescia you definitely should stay in La Filanda!.

We felt really welcome on arrival and were accommodated in the XL room which was spacious with a lot of original elements. A lot of attention was paid to the room. The breakfast really good as well, all you would like to have was available. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.
the design gives you feeling of stereotype Italy, the narrow streets, windows, nice view from the window. Italian breakfast (typically sweet) combined with sliced meat and chees, comfortable kitchen with microwave, freege, a lOt of peaches, juce, coffee machine, friendly staff.
Brescia is not over-run with tourists and there are some great historical sights, good restaurants, close to lakes and mountains. La Filanda is highly recommended- in the old part of town and full of character- nicely restored and reasonably priced.
It's a recently modernised old building right in the centre of the old town but it's a very tranquil. The reasonably priced facilities are spacious and provide everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
A gem. Great location, clean, large rooms, quiet. Breakfast includes juice, coffee, fresh and packaged pastry, toast, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit. Gaetano offered great recommendations for touring and dinner.
We spent 4 night in BB La Filanda.Nice and clean room,good breakfast.The owner was very helpful.The BB is well located in a quite street,but in We were absolutely statisfied.I reccomanded it.
Excellent B&B in historic centre of Brescia, Gaetano Pernis, the owner, is very friendly and gives you very good information. I will recommend it.
