The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful. If you need something she well try to find it for you. That was a trip for 4 days and 4 different locations and as a result- for sure Liberty B&B was the best. The room and bathroom were spacious, pretty and had all that we needed. In a very convenient and relatively quiet location, everything is 5 minutes walk away. The owner was amazing: thoughtful, informative and very helpful. In fact, he went out of his way to save us from a crisis regarding our flight home by communicating to relevant people for us, helping us with luggage (two bikes) and also met us at the bus station to make sure it had all worked out well.

Well positioned for Citta Alta, a great base to explore the lakes and other medieval cities of the area. Angelo picked us all up at the airport, very friendly and helpful and his English is better than he thinks!! Highly recommended, very comfortable though quite small. -

Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial.
The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty.
The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room.
The only disorder is a common bathroom, but it is clean and sanita

i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.

It was so relaxing to stay at Le Nove Fate! Absolutely beautiful surroundings to wake up to everyday. The owners could not do enough to make our stay more comfortable. They really went above and beyond. Only regret is our lack of car which definitely would have made the trip a more enjoyable one for us.
If there had been more to do in the surrounding area it would have been a perfect holiday. But that's our own fault for not looking into it.
I would highly recommend a stay at Le Nove Fate.

It was one of the best accomodation we have ever had. The owners are
very friendly and take care a lot about their guests. This B&B is
really beautiful with a wonderful view from the room. You can feel and
touch the history there. It wa svery relaxing to stay there. The
bathroom is shared for two rooms but it is not a problem. Fabulous stay
which we can recommend to everybody.

We travel idependently and La Castellan is really well situated for
both rail and airport transfers. Great value and has everything you
need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would
expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy
to return.

Wonderful. Circular bed! It's more a serviced apartment than a hotel room. Frederico even picked us up from the Station. Easy walk to restaurants and the bus to the old upper town (but explore the lower town as well - some great cafes and restaurants where you don't feel you're being treated like a tourist.) -

Thomas. He is a great manager. Caring. Competent. Friendly. He arranged for us to print out our boarding passes and also organised for us a booked taxi for 6am Sunday morning to go to airport. The location is wonderful. The apartment is well appointed. Thomas also had milk in the fridge for us and croissants for our first breakfast. We are glad we stayed here and not city Alta. here we had the best of both cities
