The hostess (hostess' mother?) was friendly, though she doesn't speak English at all. The check-in is only until 10 p.m., but it is possible to do it later if you aware signora Maffioletti by phone. The room and the bathroom were very clean. And the price certainly was low.
Amazing location, 10 minutes from the airport, although it is a little hard to find. Great staff and the B&B is the former home of the host. It is clean, good food, and it feels like home a Great place to stay!. alle vurderinger »

The scenery near the hotel was beautiful.. The old city up on the
mountain.
Coffee with one bun in the morning were good, but it is not enough to call it breakfast even in Italy.
The hostess doesn't speak English, so it was difficult to know where is breakfast.

after inccoming mus ring staff for open weiting more 1/2 houres staff no spoken englisch prezent with breakfest but breakfest only coffe and crosain.
In the description of the offer was that the room is equipped with
bathroom (which is important to us). Unfortunately there was shared
bathroom and shared balcony (we hadn't window so it was a problem).
Staff don't speak english. Owner was rude and felt like hostile all the time.
They charged us more than we were told because of a city tax. They knocked the door at 10 am and said that we have to leave immedietely although there were many empty rooms. They didn't speak english. The breakfast was one croissant and coffee. The behaviour of the owner was bad. A poor hostel despite the fact that the owner drives a porshe.

The women at reception wasaggressive shouted at me and no customer service. She only spoke Italian. This wasn't the issue her manner was dreadful. The room wasmeant to be enabled suite but we shared the bathroom with another room.
The WC was shared between 2 rooms although the letsbookhotel.com mentioned that it is private.

(although it was said on letsbookhotel.com that it is possible).. There was no
wifi although on letsbookhotel.com it was said that there is... (Later after
many problems and trying to explain the wifi neccessarity we got it)..
The tv did not work... The bathroom shower place was missing one door.
Personel was rude, did not speak english at all, shower missed doors, when was in center, left my wallett on table, someone opened doors and stole my money from it. Dont stay here! Breakfast one cruasan and small cup of coffee.
The owner of this hotel is ugly.
