We recommend this place. The clean and bright rooms. Nice owners. They really care about their hotel. Breakfast is really rich. Most things are homemade. Big variety of homemade pies. Moka coffee. If you have a car, it is good place for visiting Umbria. No problems with parking. Several minutes by car to most important places of Umbria. The family that runs the B and B is very nice and attentive. The best part of the breakfast was not just the home-baked goodies, but the big thermos of brewed Italian coffee. I appreciated the daily housekeeping.
