it was great staying in an old fortress the rooms and dining room was so interesting I would have loved some information on the history of it in English - soul of a hotel placed in an beautiful old building..with wery kind staff...warm etno furniture.. we felt good..

Very peaceful and lovely environment, embedded in smoothly hilly countryside with view to Perugia and the Valle D'Umbria. Accommodation and the surrounding remain in very good condition - appartement, pool, garden. The owner looks after it very carefully. Practically everything. We spent there two weeks and it was so far our best stay in Italy. The owner of the place Alessio with his family was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved him from the first day.

The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is not only beautiful but the location is wonderful. The hotel personnel make you feel like family--they are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a room with 4 single beds. The room was lovely and roomy and much more attractive than the picture. The hotel was recommended by friends

The charm of the owners and the location of this hotel to the bus depot and the center of the city were just great. While this is not an upscale hotel, and everything about it is not perfect, I would not hesitate to stay again. The view from my room was just stunning.
EWvery member of the family worked there, and all were very kind and incredibly helpful.

Very good facilities and the best if you are driving it has a parking rigth in front of the Hotel. Satff very good and the restaurant food and service is superv. they provided a 10% discount to Hotel guests. - Charming place, rooms with a great view. Everything was lovely. Great location. Good security staff while only on site for breakfast went out of their way to help us including picking us up from ports nova bus depot and taking us up the hill in their car which was appreciated by New Zealand travellers who had been travelling over 25 hours to get to this first port of stay. The bed was very comfortable so comfortable we were able to come back to property for a nap before dinner and that was only a few steps very reasonable pizza and restaurant. Cannot say enou
