The receptionist spoke very good English. Before our arrival, she called and asked if we needed any kind of pick-up service, which she then organised. She also arranged our return. In the hotel reception, there was always fresh fruit available for the guests. The surroundings of the hotel are marvellous, especially along the "Rielke-Path". - Excell
