  I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The hotel is situated in one corner of the town, totally cut off from the main areas with no supermarkets or restaurants anywhere close by. If that doesn't bother

  Location was great and easy to access from the motorway. The gated parking assured us of the secure parking. Bus stop was a short walk down the street and about 15 minutes straight into the city. The room was tidy and acceptable for the price paid. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!
