  I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter) because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Our late arrival prevented us from using the restaurant, but the menu offered at th - After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European hotels

  We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). We loved the challenge of overseas traveling but at the end of the trip it's nice to come back to familar surroundings The closeness to the airport and the free shuttle service was perfect. Everyon... hva folk sier » e was extremely helpful and breakfast was great! - It was very easy to get the hotel's shuttle from the airport and I was very courteously received at the hotel. It was a great way to spend a night after traveling for about 20 hours by air.

  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time.   Helpful staff, good sized clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast room with good breakfast selection, nice gym - The staffs are great and really helpful. The internet is free and the surroundings are pretty calm and relaxing.
