I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

I was concerned about the noise being so close to the airport, which is why we chose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as it was sound proof. It was one of the best night sleep I had while on our three week tour. this was our last night. Beds and linen wan very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there eg. dinner and breakfast

For someone who needs to stay a few days ...or even just one night this hotel is just an excellent choice: Shuttle connected to both terminals, quiet area with nice surrounding, rooms are very clean ...as indeed just everything at the hotel, nice luminous reception, sitting area and breakfast hall decorated in warm colors. Good breakfast. Indeed helpful kind and sympathetic staff. I would like to have all my hotels this style. Highly recommended.

We were even able to leave a piece of luggage with them for a week between two of our stays. And lastly, we were travelling with a six month old baby, and they had already provided the cot.

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

Rocco and his wife are absolutely accommodating and friendly. They picked me up at the airport at 11pm at night and delivered me back the next day. Provided tea on arrival and some snacks plus a delicious breakfast!! Perfect for a 1 night stop over when you need to be close to the airport

We were greeted with coffee and cake. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight from Malpensa but its not easy to get into Milan if you want to go for an afternoon.

We liked everything about this hotel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was new, beautiful, stylish design and spotlessly clean.
